Kalamunda Connected: Town Teams Pop Up: Forrestfield Shopping Centre

Are you passionate about making the place you live the best it can be? Do you want to form or learn more about joining a Town Team in your area?

The City will be hosting a number of Town Team Pop Up’s and invites residents to come along and find out how you can get involved!

• Kalamunda Library: 6 March 10:00am – 12:00pm
• Corymbia Festival, Forrestfield: 9 March 2:00pm – 5:00pm
• Lesmurdie Library: 12 March 9:30am – 11:00am
• Kalamuda Night Markets: 15 March 6:00pm – 9:00pm
• Forrestfield Library: 19 March 1:30pm – 3:30pm
• Kalamunda Farmers Markets: 24 March: 8.00am – 12:00pm
• Forrestfield Shopping Centre: 29 March: 9:00am – 12:00pm

A Town Team Workshop will then be held to activate community members who have registered their interest to join the movement!

This workshop aims to kick start the activities, contribute to new ideas, and gain a shared understanding of challenges, explore community opportunities, build collaboration and launch the Town Teams in the City of Kalamunda!

What’s a Town Team?

Town teams are positive & proactive organisations that are independently formed & run by businesses, landowners & residents to improve a place or area (often a town centre or ‘main street’).
