Free mental health session: Learn how to live a happier and healthier life (Kalamunda)

Every week on Thursday - 01:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Want to re-connect with like-minded people, and learn how to live a happier & healthier life? If you're over 65, or an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander over 55, or a Carer (any age) for the elderly, Direction Psychology are offering FREE group sessions to help you reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, and improve your general emotional well-being.

The Groups run once a week, over 4 weeks, for 1 hour per session: 

  • Week 1 ~ Coping with stress
  • Week 2 ~ Relaxation strategies
  • Week 3 ~ Strategies to improve mood
  • Week 4 ~ Balancing your thoughts & mind

Where: Jack Healey Community Centre, Dining room, 21 Mead Street, Kalamunda
