End of Life Care Planning - Info Session @ Forrestfield Library

In honour of National Advance Care Planning Week, The City of Kalamunda libraries in collaboration with the Darling Range Seniors Hub, will be hosting two information sessions about 'End of Life Care Planning.'
Making the tough healthcare calls now with advance care planning isn't easy, but it eases the burden for your loved ones. It ensures your wishes will be known and respected. This important information session about advance care planning, is designed to help give yourself and your loved ones, peace of mind.
This event is free; however, bookings are kindly requested.
Complimentary light morning tea will be provided for guests.
