Methods of Payments

Ensure for all methods of payments you have your Infringement Number / Registration Renewal NumberCredit Cards accepted: MasterCard & Visa – Credit Card surcharge of 0.46% applies.

In Person: At Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during opening hours (Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS & Credit Card)
Online: FOR INFRINGEMENTS ONLY. Use Infringements payment option. Please ensure that your infringement number is quoted.
By Post: Post to PO Box 42, Kalamunda, WA 6926. Cheques and money orders are to be made payable to City of Kalamunda. Please ensure that your infringement number is quoted.
By Phone: Credit Card payments can be taken over the phone - please ring 9257 9999 during opening hours and one of the customer service officers will be able to assist.

(currently we are not able to accept online payments due to signature and additional documentation requirements)

¹No refunds for the death of a dog for any time period.

Proof of sterilisation and Microchipping must be provided.
Pensioners pay / receive only half of the above-mentioned fees / refunds on presentation of their valid pensioner concession card. Proof is required and a copy will be asked upon by our Customer Relations Team.
