In honour of Palliative Care Week, The City of Kalamunda libraries in collaboration with the Darling Range Seniors Hub, will be hosting two information sessions about 'Palliative Care.'
This community workshop will cover:
- What is palliative care?
- Who provides palliative care?
- Services and resources
- Compassionate communities
- Grief and loss
These information sessions are free, however bookings are kindly requested.
