Asset Levels of Service

Project Status : Complete
Estimated Completion Date : April 2019
Location : City Wide

The City of Kalamunda is seeking your input to help define levels of service as required under the Asset Management Strategy 2017–2021. The strategy seeks to develop a structured set of key actions to enable the City to improve its asset management practices, in line with the City’s Strategic Community Plan and Asset Management Policy.

The City will be consulting with community, to establish ‘levels of service’ to guide the ongoing management of assets for each of its asset categories. The major asset categories are:

  • roads
  • pathways
  • drainage
  • parks
  • buildings

Status of Asset Management Plans

  • Drainage Asset Management Plan adopted in July 2018
  • Roads Asset Management Plan adopted in October 2018

Community consultation to determine the community levels of service for the asset class of buildings was undertaken in February and concluded in April 2019. This feedback will be used to help shape the draft Asset Management Plan for Buildings to be presented to Council at a future date.

Future updates on the City's future engagements is available on Engage Kalamunda.
