Project Details

Drainage upgrade & resurface of Laneway from Headingly Rd to Railway Rd in Kalamunda

Project Status : Complete
Estimated Completion Date : Mid-March
Location : Headingly Rd to Railway Rd

Works

The City of Kalamunda Asset Maintenance Department has had an opportunity to carry out drainage upgrade and asphalt resurfacing of the above location.

Works will commence the week of 15th January 2024 and it is anticipated to be completed mid-March. This timeframe could change, due to contractor availability, weather conditions and work site conditions.

There will be a closure to the Laneway and from 19 Headingly Rd to 27 Headingly Rd during some of the key work components. Please see the attached map which details the area of works, but there will be access for residents only.

There will be traffic control onsite and access to residents to enter and leave their properties.

Properties located adjacent to the proposed works may experience disturbance to the verge, which may include crossovers, reticulation, and lawns. Any such disturbances will be fully reinstated after the completion of the work.

Please be assured that every effort will be made during these works to minimize impact on those who live nearby and to the environment.
