Get Moving with Live Active: A Fun and Social Way to Stay Fit!

We have a new class for our 50+ Active Seniors Program that is a fun way to keep moving and fit.

Look no further than Live Active! This exciting and social program is designed to keep you moving, no matter your fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, this class offers a great variety of moves that work on improving your cardio, strength, and flexibility. 

Why Join Live Active? 

  • All fitness levels welcome 
  • Fun, social group workout 
  • A variety of exercises to boost your cardio, strength, and flexibility 

Class Schedule: 

  • High Wycombe Community and Recreation Centre 
    Mondays: 9:15am– 10:15am and 10:30am– 11:30am 

  • Ray Owen Centre (Temporarily in the Lesmurdie Hall) 
    Thursday 9:15am—10:15am and 10:30am—11:30am
