Community Services Directory

The Community Directory was created by the City of Kalamunda to provide links for the community to access services and community groups which are local, not for profit and low-cost/free to participate in. These groups and services also comprise of local non-profit sporting clubs, education facilities such as schools and other arts, cultural and leisure activities.

    Provides a free, professional advocacy service for older adults and care recipients. Assisting clients to understand their rights and make any complaints about the care they receive.

  • Aged Care Complaints Commissioner
    Provides a free service for anyone to raise their concerns about the quality of care or services being delivered to people receiving aged care
    services subsidised by the Australian Government.

  • Citizens Advice Bureau
    A community service offering information and referral on issues such as taxation, legal advice, consumer advice, missing persons and mediation services.

  • Office for Seniors Interests
    A free seniors information and referral telephone service which is operated by volunteers at the Seniors Card Centre in Perth. Volunteers are trained to provide referrals and information on issues such as accommodation options, finance, health, education, business and lifestyle. Open between 9:00am and 3:00pm weekdays.
