FREE Walking Football Session

Walking Football is alive in Western Australia.
This exciting format is increasing inclusion and participation levels, recruiting people seeking a social and active lifestyle, retaining players considering hanging up their boots and adding to health and wellbeing of the community. Older persons and people with reduced mobility and fitness are especially encouraged to try it out and see if it is a good fit for them.
Typical session includes:
- 10 minutes warm-up, stretching etc.
- 15 minutes basic football skills
- 30 minutes football match
- 5 minutes warm-down
