Jump Start is a series of teenage fitness programs run by qualified gym instructors who teach teens the fundamentals of fitness in a safe and inclusive environment helping them to a safe start in their fitness journey.

All these programs run only during the school term.
For those who cannot attend the Monday Jump Start Intro or wish to go straight into the Strength or the Gym Base program this is possible, however, they must pay for two 60-minute Personal Training Sessions at a cost of $72.50 per session. These must be booked in with either Hannah or Sam.
Once they have completed the two Personal Training sessions and the appraisal, then they can attend the stage 2 casual classes under the conditions of the class.

A fun program to allow your child to learn and develop Badminton skills for all fitness levels under the guidance of an engaging proactive Coach. This term program will keep them active and social while having a heap of fun.

Guided by friendly instructors, children are able to develop their motor and social skills through a series of fun and challenging exercises using specialised kindy gym equipment. Grandparents and parents are to join in the Kindy Gym fun to provide support and help maximise their child’s participation, because the instructors aren't able to attend to every child.

Pickleball is a racquet or paddle sport in which two or four players use a smooth-faced paddle to hit a perforated, hollow plastic ball over a 34-inch-high net until one side is unable to return the ball. These sessions offer a fun and engaging way for children ages 8-13 to learn and enjoy the exciting game of Pickleball, suitable for all skill levels.

This junior soccer program focuses on team play, keeping a good mindset, and developing soccer skills. Our experienced coaches run the children through skills and drills, and finish every session with an energetic scratch match.
