Author Talk with Minnie Darke
30 April 2019 : 10:30 AM - 30 April 2019 : 11:30 AM
When Minnie Darke was a young journalist at a suburban newspaper, she had an all powerful computer login that gave her access to the entire publication.
Working late one night, with the horoscopes open, she thought ‘I could just...’. Not that she ever did tweak the horoscopes, but the thought that she could stayed with her, and that has turned into this gorgeous novel, Star-crossed.
Minnie Darke is the pen name of Tasmanian author Danielle Wood, who has written novels for children and adults, short stories and full length novels. “Having a separate identity to write from is quite a lot of fun, as it turns out!” says Danielle.
