Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre Inc AGM

Members who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting and who wish to vote by proxy should complete and return a Proxy form, to be received by the Management Committee Secretary by no later than 4.00 pm (WST) on Friday 6th December 2019. 

Please contact MCfiling@kanyanawildlife.org.au to collect a form or arrange for one to be sent to you. The completed Proxy form should then be returned in person, electronically (MCfiling@kanyanawildlife.org.au), or posted to the Management Committee Secretary, Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, 120 Gilchrist Road, Lesmurdie, WA 6076, to be received no later than 4:00pm (WST) on Friday 6th December 2019.

A member may nominate for one specified position of office holder of the Association or to be an ordinary Management Committee member. Incumbents are invited to stand for reelection. Other suitably qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Duties are as per the Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre Inc. Constitution. A copy is available on the website.

Please contact MCfiling@kanyanawildlife.org.au to collect a Management Committee Membership nomination form or arrange for one to be sent to you. Completed nomination forms must be received at Kanyana by 4.00 pm (WST) on 8 th November . They may be sent electronically or through the post.
