Information Drop-in Session: 720 Welshpool Road East, Wattle Grove

The purpose of the session is for the City’s planning staff to assist the public in interpreting the plans for the proposal that will be on display and answer any questions.
These sessions are informal and give the community the opportunity to interact with planning staff on a one-on-one basis.
The City of Kalamunda has received a planning application for a proposed Garden Centre and Caretakers Dwelling at Lot 150 (720) Welshpool Road East, Wattle Grove.
The application includes the use of existing structures and site area for the use of ‘lunch room/sales’, ‘pot and water feature display’, Storage’, Landscape Supplies Storage Bins, Limestone Blocks and Slabs display, Bagged Products and the construction of a new small building for a ‘checkout office’.
