BUSH FIRES ACT 1954
I, Michael Ward ,an authorised Chief Bush Fire Control Officer of the City of Kalamunda hereby declare a ban on the use or operation of engines, vehicles, plant or machinery for Tuesday 4 February 2020 from 06:00hrs (06:00am) until 1800hrs (6:00pm) for the whole of the City of Kalamunda.
This Ban will be reviewed at 1800 hrs (6:00pm) Tuesday 4 February 2020.at which time further advice may be issued.
Activities NOT PERMITTED during this ban.
- Harvesting operations
- Any "hot works" (e.g. welding, grinding, cutting, heating etc) in the "open air" are not permitted, (note-these activities are not permitted during the term of any Total Fire Ban)
- Other, Use or operation of any engine, vehicle plant, equipment or machinery in the area likely to cause a bush fire or contribute to the spread of a bush fire.
