Access your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate at your local Library

The City of Kalamunda Libraries are here to assist with accessing your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate and setting up the ServiceWA App on your smartphone.
You can also print and laminate your vaccination certificate for free*.

Please note: You will need a MyGov account to access a digital certificate. If you require help with this, please advise when booking.
The ServiceWA App requires proof of identity. Please bring two items of ID with you (for example, a driver’s licence and Medicare card).
