15 March 2024 : 10:00 AM - 15 March 2024 : 11:30 AM

Would you like to learn a bit more about how you can make a difference to the environment by placing your waste in the correct bin? At the Resource Recovery Group Canning Vale Centre you can come and see exactly what happens to your waste.

On the tour you will get to see:

🍎 The FOGO Processing Facility, where FOGO (food organics, garden organics) material is pre-processed to remove contamination.

🌳 The Green Waste Facility, where garden waste is received.

♻️ The Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), where recyclables are separated, baled and sold for reuse.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ« The Education Centre, where there are lots more resources to help you to reduce, reuse and recycle.
