Proposed Road Renewal Works: Edney Road, High Wycombe
Stroke Safe information session @ Kalamunda Library
20 September 2024 : 10:00 AM - 20 September 2024 : 11:30 AM
In Australia, a stroke occurs every 19 minutes. In 2020, more than 27,000 Australians, of all ages, experienced stroke for the first time. But the good news is that it doesn't need to be this way. Up to 80% of strokes are preventable.
Join the Stroke Foundation to hear:
- What a stroke is and how to recognise the signs
- What to do if someone is having a stroke
- How to prevent a stroke in you or the people you love
This event is free, however bookings are essential. Complimentary light morning tea will be provided for guests.
