About Sharing a Hills Christmas

Sharing a Hills Christmas has been operating in Kalamunda since 1994 and has become an integral part of the community’s Christmas celebrations. We invite you to be a part of the blessing.

Each year the team provide food hampers to 250 – 300 families who are going through difficult times, as well as gifts for all members of each family and gift bags to residents of our aged hostels. That’s over 1,000 gifts and a lot of food.

They are constantly receiving feedback from those delivering the parcels about how grateful and overwhelmed the recipients are. It’s not just that they received a present; but that the community cared enough that they reached out and helped. As a community they make a difference and need your help to make this possible.

You can be a part of this community initiative by donating food and gifts or helping during Packing Week. Every year helpers comment on how much they have enjoyed being a part of something so worthwhile.
