The City of Kalamunda is seeking feedback on the draft Kalamunda Keeping and Control of Cats Local Law 2023. Comments close 5pm on Friday 3 February 2023.
The purpose of the proposed local law is to make provisions about,
- cats not being a nuisance,
- prescribing where cats are prohibited, and
- the number of cats kept on a premises.
The effect of the proposed local law is to extend controls over cats which exist under the Cat Act 2011.
