Looking for an exciting way to boost your energy and get fit? The City of Kalamunda has got just the thing: Zumba!
The Latin-inspired group fitness class caters to everyone with all levels of fitness, with an experienced instructor to guide you through a 55-minute workout session filled with music and choreography.
The sessions are held every Thursday starting at 6.15pm at the High Wycombe Community and Recreation Centre, with new participants eligible for one free trial session.
City of Kalamunda Mayor Margaret Thomas said dance classes are perfect for those who feel out of place at the gym.
“There’s no one size fits all when it comes to health and well-being,” Mayor Thomas said. “The key is finding something that fits with your lifestyle, so if it’s not weights or running machines – why not try Zumba? It’s a great way to make new friends and boost your energy and fitness levels.”
Group Fitness passes can be purchased online via https://cityofkalamunda.gymmasteronline.com/portal/signup.
