We're delighted to announce that our Group Fitness class timetable has been refreshed and will be in effect from 12 August 2024. This schedule is packed with a variety of classes designed to cater to all fitness levels and interests, ensuring there is something for everyone.

High-Intensity Workouts:
- Body Pump: Challenge your strength with this barbell class.
- Winter HIIT: Push your limits with High-Intensity Interval Training, combining bodyweight and compound exercises for a comprehensive workout.
- Boxing Circuit: Engage in interval-based training with boxing exercises that provide an extreme cardio workout.
Flexibility and Recovery:
- RollaFLEX: Our newest addition! This mood-enhancing class blends foam rolling and yoga-inspired stretching to boost recovery, flexibility, and performance.
- Yoga: Improve your flexibility, strength, and balance through focused breathing, postures, and movements in our Vinyasa-style sessions.
Dynamic and Fun:
- Dance: Get your heart pumping and your body moving with high-energy dance routines inspired by various genres.
- Body Balance: Experience a unique blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to enhance your core strength and leave you feeling centered and balanced.
