Public notice: New road, High Wycombe South
The City of Kalamunda advises that Council has approved the dedication of a portion of Lot 10208 (33) Stewart Road, High Wycombe.
The City has requested the Minister for Lands to dedicate the land. The Minister makes the final decision on the dedication.
Dedication means that the land will become a road for public use.
The dedication is in accordance with a subdivision approval condition, which requires the land to be dedicated as a road.
The dedication is consistent with the zoning of the land as Urban Development and its classification as Residential Medium Density (R30-R60) under the High Wycombe South Residential Precinct Local Structure Plan.
