The new roofing will future proof the building for a significant solar panel upgrade (as recommended for inclusion in upcoming capital works programs) to mitigate the electricity consumption of the Library.
There may be restricted access and noise to some areas of the library during this time as works progress however, notices will be in place to ensure our patrons are aware and informed.
All Library Services including our online services will remain in operation during February. The City’s other three libraries will be open as usual.View location and opening hours here
