Mums & Bubs Yoga - Term 1, 2025

Mums and Bubs Yoga program is starting on Tuesday 18 February until Tuesday 1 April 2025 at the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre.

The weekly Tuesday program runs for eight weeks across the school term and offers a gentle yoga class for new mothers to help them regain core and pelvic floor muscle strength.   

Mums will also learn breathing and relaxation exercises while spending quality time with their newborn.  

The program is suitable for babies of up to eight months in age, or until they become independently mobile.

Time: Tuesdays - 10.30am-11.30am 
Cost: $126.00 per Mother & Baby for the 8 weeks
