Apply for a Vehicle Permit

Please allow 10 working days for applications to be processed.

Waste needs to be carried safely and vehicles bringing waste to the site should at all times comply with the Road Traffic Act (1974).

The City of Kalamunda monitors site usage and reserves the right to make further enquiries of the owner of the vehicle and at the premises from which the waste originated.

Vehicle Permits must show the current address you are residing at. If any details change, residents/ratepayers will need to reapply. Residents/Ratepayers using a Vehicle Permit are required to also bring their Entry Pass and show identification which must have a photo and residential address e.g. valid Driver's Licence.

Vans or Trucks - Proof of GVM Required

When applying for a Vehicle Permit, you must attach proof of the vehicles GVM (or AGG). This can be found on the vehicle badge which is usually located on the inside of one of the vehicle's doors and/or vehicle body. If no badge is found, please send a copy of the vehicle's registration papers.
