Artists invited to submit original artworks for upcoming ‘Lions Club Art’ 2022 exhibition

The Lions Club of Kalamunda supports arts in the City of Kalamunda and is offering this group of awards to encourage and promote local artists. Hosting their annual exhibition at the Zig Zag Gallery, 2022 applications are now open and close on Monday, 3 January 2022.

Walliston Transfer Station Entry has moved

From 2 December 2021, the entry gate and gatehouse at Walliston Transfer Station will be accessed further east towards Pomeroy Road. Vehicle movement throughout the site will be strictly one way. The exit gate will remain in the same location.

We really have no boundaries on what name you can suggest apart from that it needs to be able to ‘slip off the tongue’ so our branding and advertising is simple and memorable.

Our Recreation Centre is super excited to have new air conditioning installed to our gym and group fitness room just in time for summer! These works are scheduled between Wednesday, 6 October through to Friday, 8 October 2021 inclusive. The Centre has adjusted classes and will be required to close some parts of the Centre to the public during this period.
